How to record Foreign Tax Credit from multiple 1099's

Using TurboTax Deluxe, Desktop.  I probably didn't follow the dialog properly to begin with and now I can't seem to modify my selections.  I go back and forth between the Interview and the Forms.  I have a correct 1116 form for one 1099 but can't seem to get a 2nd 1099 form recorded properly.  I have a total of 3 countries with foreign taxes paid on first 1099 and two RIC entries for 1099 #2.  I created a 2nd 1099 form but can't seem to get it right.  I'm tempted to start a new return from scratch, but I don't think I should have to do that.  Any ideas?

Thank you for your response.  I am in the US.  I haven't found anything in the Knowledge Base that addresses my question.  I was hoping someone in the Community could help me.  I suspect that TurboTax programming is not working properly with regard to this issue.
