I am having a really hard time trying to input medical reciepts into Medical Expenses in the Deductions section of online Premier

I have answered "Yes "that I have medical expenses in Interview section, when I open the page for medical expenses in Deductions I get a page telling that I need a certain amount to proceed, I have more than shown, but the page will not allow me to enter any information. What do I do ?
