I have a total of medical expenses for myself and spouse as $5627.93 so I want to enter this as one amount.Where do I do that?

When using TurboTax Freee, click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type medical expenses profile, select it and click Go.  Put a checkmark next to the necessary selection and click continue.  You will then be able to enter the total amount of your medical expenses.
