I have charitable donations showing on my T4. Do I also add them in the charitable donations section?

You don't need to add them in another section if you inserted the information on T4-Slip item 46-Charitable Donations.

But if you have amounts from previous years or other types of donations, you can go to "Find" above the screen and type "Donations" and you can check all the options available.
