I have some medical expenses (Dental service and Prescription). Total will be 155,21 CAD. Can I claim them?

If you mean $155.21, typically this sort of amount is too small to claim.
The threshold is 3% of Net Income or about $2200, whichever is lower.

Also the amount of credit is a non-refundable credit.
Medical expense credit is difficult to obtain for many.
