I'm trying to file my tax return for the first time as a non-resident who sojourned in Quebec for ~7 months and worked full-time for a Quebec based employer.

I take it I have to file a T1 (federal) and a TP1 (quebec), because I'm filing as non-resident/deemed resident I am unable to file electronically via NETFILE.

I have to print and mail the returns to the respective government bodies.

After filing out my tax return in TurboTax using my T4 and RL1, I was provided with a T1 I could download and print, but not a TP1?!

Does TurboTax not provide a printable TP1 and only allow for electronic filing of a TP1?

You would need to do two returns. One for the federal government as a on-resident, and then another with your Province as Quebec, so that you can access the Quebec forms.
