I need assistance with claiming the federal dividend tax credit from line 12000 on line 40425?

Federal dividend tax credit doesn't show on my federal return, but does on my provincial return

I am also having this problem.  The amount should automatically update from the T5 being entered, it isn't showing up at all.  It also doesn't allow me to enter it.  What an underwhelming product by intuit.
