I studied abroad and lived in university residence. Can I claim my residence fees?

Because I return to ON during the summer, I indicated that I was still a resident of Canada but I am unsure if I can claim my university residence fees in Cork, Ireland, where I go to university for 8 months of the year?

No.

For a claim for Trillium Ontario Energy and Propert tax Credit OEPTC, you must declare an address in Ontario. This includes the declaration for Student Resudence.
