If a change of address( residence only not provincial) is made will this stop me from net filing?

If you are not a first-time filer, then a change in address should not prevent you from filing your return because CRA has your information already.

 

If you are a first-time filer and you have never applied for benefits before, you will not be able to Netfile. TurboTax will allow you to print PDF forms of your returns to mail it to CRA.
