If I take out some medical receipts because the amount is more than tax payable, can i add them in addition to the full amount of next years medical receipts?

Medical expenses must be claimed in a 12 month period with the final month ending in the year you are filing.  For example, if you have expenses for November 2017 to November 2018, you can claim them on your 2018 income tax return.
