Can child care expenses spent during attending English language course (LINC) be claimed under child care tax credit?
I am new to the country and planning to start English laguage course under the govt. funded LINC program but have to put my daughter in a day care facility. I am just wondering if my spouse can claim the day care expenses as child care tax credit while filing his income tax.
