It is saying that i have a negative total for Medial Expense; however i have verified many times, and i do not have a negative total in medical Expense.How do i fix this?

Wish I could help but I have the same problem. I noticed another post on May 2020 so it seem tubotax 2019 had this issue also. Waiting on hold for an agent to help me, estimated time 35 minutes.
