I am single, have charitable donations, and own a condo - what section am I under? Standard or Premier?

Hi, 

I work full time for the bank, have charitable donations to claim, and I own a condo that I live in (it's not rental/ I do not rent it out).

Am I supposed to purchase standard or premier?
