Medical Expenses

I have entered $6,743 in medical expenses for 2020. Net income comes out to approx $82,000. I have checked off all appropriate boxes but the online calculation says that there is a $0 medical expense credit. What might I have missed as the credit should be about $666 after applying the 15% factor? Any help would be appreciated.

Finally got an answer from online help. It is mandatory that you enter a twelve month period no matter what date range your receipts fall in. Example: Sept 15/2019 - Sept 14/2020. If less than 365 days its a no go and the calculation fails. Very poor help info on this in the self help section.
