My both have physical disability and I would like to claim their disability credit. Turbotax claimed the credit in their tax return. How can I claim as they have 0 tax ?

My both parents have physical disability and I would like to claim their disability credit. Turbotax claimed the credit in their tax return although they dont need that credit to get their tax to zero. How can I claim as they have 0 tax ? They have an approved DTC application (Form T2201) on file with the CRA..

To claim a disability amount transfer, the disability credit does appear on the DTC holder's return first. Then, on your return, you'll enter the required info in the Dependants section (Deductions tab) to take the transfer.
