My dependent's disability credit is transferred to me and shouldn't how do i delete this amount?

If you are preparing your tax returns together with your spouse, and the spouse with the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) is not needed by the eligible spouse, TurboTax will apply any unused amounts to your return automatically. 

If you are not approved by CRA to have this credit, you can choose to prepare your returns separately and be sure you don't answer yes to any questions about your spouse being eligible for the DTC.
