My husband and child are none residents of Canada have applied for permanent residence don't have sin numbers I support them can I claim them on my return ?

You can’t claim your spouse as a dependant on your return, but you will still need to enter some information about him. You can use 000 000 000 in the SIN number spot. You don’t need to enter a SIN number for your child if they don’t have one.
