My total medical expenses are greater than my threshold of 3%. Why does turbotax say they do not meet the threshold?

Line 33099 - You can claim the total of the eligible expenses minus the lesser of the following amounts:

• $2,635
• 3% of your net income (line 23600 of your tax return) 

Also, it would be a good idea to review your medical receipts. You can look at your T1 General Line 33099 for a little more details about your Medical Expenses.
