How do I claim medical expenses?

I receive a Canadian Forces Pension and I receive letters, not slips, from PWGSC for annual public services dental plan contributions, and Dir. Mil. Pay and Allowance (PSHCP) Health Care Plan, how do I enter these?  Note these are letters, not slips

Provide the details of your medical expenses under the "Deductions" tab > "Medical Expenses Profile". You can provide a small description for each expense or lump all of your expenses together.
