It says 'You're almost done! Because your return includes charitable donations, you need to upgrade before we can file.' but I don't have any charitable donations

If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to rectify the TurboTax profile:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account. 
2. Click on the find icon at the top-right corner of the page.
3. Please type and select the option titled Donations Profile and click " Go".
4. On this page (Donations Profile 2021) make sure you haven't checked any of the boxes (as you said have not made any donations)
5. Then click continue at the bottom to save your work. and now try to file your tax.
