Please double check that the claim period that you have entered includes the dates of all your medical expenses. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.

Thank you for your reply. I did call the number. The Turbotax representative who answered said that it wasn't a glitch that the timeframe in the medical expenses section kept resetting to the default "01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022". He told me that it didn't matter what the 12-month time frame was that was actually printed on the tax form. All my medical claims are actually for 02/25/2021 to 02/24/2022.
