Should I enter Total Medical Expenses as the total of expenses reported on T4A plus, for instance, expenses not reimbursed by private coverage? Or, just the latter?

The medical premiums that are on the T4a will go automatically to your medical page. You would only enter any medical expenses that were not reimbursed.
