The answer is No. It is found under the Federal non-refundable tax credits.

If you open your return and click on the drop-down arrow at the top beside TurboTax 2020 Tax Refund.

• Click on -Federal non-refundable tax credits
• Scroll down to the Federal non-refundable tax credits
