The applied Turbotax system says I am eligible for the CAI credit and the CRA criteria also say I am eligible but it does not get applied. How do I correct this?

Please go to Review > Bottom Line (Tax Summaries), and click on the Detailed Tax Summary link.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and check for line 449 - Climate action incentive.  If there is an amount on that line, it is being applied.

If there is not an amount, please return to the Provincial section, check off the Climate Action Incentive option, and check to see if you have answered Yes to any of the qualifying questions.  If you select Yes, you will not qualify.  If you have a spouse, check to see if your spouse is the one selected to claim the amount.
