The system can't verify the daycare fees that I paid to school.the identification number of the childcare services is six numbers ,but the system doesn't accept.

When you report the information for the child care provider: 

• You need the name of the company or the business
• The SIN number of the daycare provider in the case of the Home Day Care (if the business is not registered) or the Nanny services
• The amount paid 
• You will report the weeks if it was a camp or a boarding school.

Given this information> make sure the number you are trying to report is in "the name of the person or the company" Box, not the "SIN number" Box
