To claim the Ontario community food program donation, first ensure your province is set to Ontario.

Next, at the top select "Deductions" on the dropdown "Payments Profile" then "Donations Profile".

Check the box "Other donations; made to Canadian government entities, prescribed universities outside of Canada, or the United Nations"

Continue until you reach a page entitled "Other Donations" at the bottom there is a place to enter your amount for the "Ontario community food program donation"
