Yes. If you have received an RC62 with a Universal Child Care Benefit payment on it, you must report that income, as it is taxable. To do this in TurboTax Online, use the Find tool (magnifying glass) to search for "uccb". Then select Universal Child Care Benefit from the list, and then click the Go button.
