where in the tax program can I enter lawyer fees paid for spousal and child care support?

You can claim legal fees paid to collect, establish or increase the amount of support payments. 

In the left hand navigation bar choose Deductions and Credits.  From the drop down menu choose Other Deductions. On the Deduction Profile page choose Other Deductions (legal costs, etc).  On the following page enter the amount paid to collect, establish or increase your support payments.
