Where do I add fuel for medical appointments?

I want to add fuel and food for my travel expenses for medical appointments. Where do I do this?

If you are using TurboTax Online- You can enter all of your travel expenses under "Other" -  Then under "who was the payment made to" Enter "Medical Travel Expenses" .
