Where is the medical expenses optimizer located?

During review I was recommended to use the medical expenses optimizer. However, I cannot find it anywhere...

I searched (CTRL-F) for "medical expenses optimizer", no result.

I read a previous question where it was suggested to use "Find" at the top right corner of screen, but there is no "Find" button there (Standard Edition). The only Find function I can see is "Form lookup" or "Find Form", both giving the same results...

When I search for "Medical" I only get the following:

T4A

Medical Expenses

Medical Expenses Worksheet

and

Refundable Medical Expense Supplement

No medical expenses optimizer...

If someone can point me to the medical expenses optimizer that would be really appreciated.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download in Forms Mode, you can get to the Medical Expenses Optimizer by selecting Tools > Optimizers > Medical Expenses Optimizer from the topmost menu.
