Where to claim private heath plan premium.?

Blue cross premium of $1476?

To claim the payments of your health plan premium, include them with your other eligible medical expenses under "Premiums paid to a private health care plan" as seen in this TurboTax FAQ/video: How do I enter my medical expenses? Please see the image below.
