Why can I not enter the Northern Residence Claim

Are you just having trouble finding it? Here's how to find it:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account and open your return.
2. In the upper-right corner of your screen, select Find.
3. In the Find window, type Northern Residents and select Go.

If you did find it but are getting some kind of error, please reply with some more info.
