Why does the total for medical expenses on line 33099 not agree with the total of my medical receipts by the amount of my premium for health insurance?

to clarify my post, line 33099 shows an amount that is higher than the total of my medical receipts by the amount of my health insurance premium. it seems to have doubled the amount of my premium.

found the problem. there are two places the health insurance premium  can be entered and I entered it in both places.
