Why is it not letting me claim the Manitoba Child Fitness credit or the arts credit? !!

I am following the advice to click "claims for dependents" and it is not coming up!!

I figured it out. There is a note on the bottom of a page that says you will be prompted to enter those credits later. That is not true. You say yes on that page and it will prompt you there to enter those credits.
