Wondering if my mother is eligible for dependant.She came to Canada under supervisa.Her Permanent Residency app to Canada is processed.had medical exam in Nov2018 in Wpg.

You can claim her as a dependant and claim her medical expenses as long as she was a resident of Canada at any time in the tax year.
