You must ensure you have a good internet connection to be able to activate your TurboTax downloaded version outside of Canada. If you are using WIN 10, check your Window User Name - it can't have a space in it and make sure you are running as administrator.
Alternately, you can always use our online version of the software, simply click on this link, top right corner hit “Sign In” then “Start/Continue my 2019 return”.
Please take note that because you are outside of Canada, you will have to print (online version) (downloaded version) and mail in your tax return to the CRA.
