Access to the Return Manager is available in two ways:
- Once signed into your online account, you should have full access on the left side of the screen in My accounts & Returns tab.
- When you are in a tax return, you must ensure you have completed the Profile Section of your return before you will have access to the Return Manager (especially if it's your first tax return).
Otherwise, attempt to clear your browser cache, reopen the page and try again.
