Anyone else receive an error message saying their spouse's income for the year is required (even though they already entered it)?

Log out and log back and try again. If the problem persists do not hesitate to contact our support team as they will be able to view your screen, if needed

  • Also, you may want to clear your browser cache as this may be preventing the software from connecting to the CRA account. Trying a different browser is also another option.

Answer the questions, so it guides you towards the right team.  Apply the drop downs and you will get a phone number specified to your question (ie - support, care):
