Close your return. Go to MyCRA account, here https://bit.ly/2rAgym8 log in and then log out. Close the CRA page. Come back to your return, reopen it and try again.
Also, you may want to clear your browser cache as this may be preventing the software from connecting to the CRA account. Trying a different browser is also another option.
