Autofill stuck on "Saving Your Information"

I've tried many times and I don't think I'm not having problem logging into CRA's website.  I was able to at one point with my wife's account but now, after trying many, many times...it's not letting me continue.  Please help.  I'm paying for the feature and if this is not working, why am I paying for this feature?  Thanks
