Can I just enter the T1135 related data and file T1135 ONLY online before deadline WITHOUT entering/saving any other data for now and file tax return at a later date?

Unfortunately, you need to file your return first to be able to Netfile your T1135 as the Canada Revenue Agency wants them both filed at the same time.
