A red circle with a line through it shows up when I try and select net-file. I have gone through everything as best as I can to figure out what's wrong but I can't find any thing. It keeps saying that at the time of manufacture the forms were not finalized but that I need to check for updates to get the final version but when I check for updates it says everything is up to date.
