Cannot NETFILE: You have made an entry for CPP/QPP contributions but no entry was made for employment income

I have a T4 with sub-dollar in employment income (Box 14), and sub-dollar value in CPP contributions and EI priemiums as well.

When trying to NETFILE, it complains that:

You have made an entry for CPP/QPP contributions but no entry was made for employment income (Box 14 of T4 slips) or CPP/QPP pensionable earnings (Box 26 of T4 slips or Box G of RL-1 slips if you worked in Québec). You should contact your employer if this information does not appear on your slip. This must be corrected to make your return eligible for NETFILE.

You made an entry for EI premiums so entries for employment income (T4 Slip, Box 14) or EI insurable earnings (T4 Slip, Box 24) are required. If this information is missi...

My guess is that TurboTax trims income less than $1, but keeps CPP contributions & EI priemiums, hence the error.

Please advice how to proceed.
