Cant file keeps kicking back

Sorry to see that you are having difficulties. Today, February 22, 2021, is the first day NETFILE was available from the Canada Revenue Agency. The server was overloaded. The issue was resolved and by logging out and logging back into TurboTax, you should be able to continue your tax return.
