Common-law partner dividends x T4

Hi there,

My common-law partner has an incorporated business and he gets dividends from his company, therefore, he does not have any paystubs or forms.

This will be the first time that we will be filling our personal taxes together as common-law partners, I have a T4 from my work but in this case (that he does not), should I add him to my taxes and declare that he made $0 considering that he will be paying taxes for his business?
