Does anyone know how to get past an error message: t2 RSI EFILE#395?

I checked eth 'Yes' box on  line 088, for online mail and since I already have it, an error message:  t2 RSI EFILE#395 shows up and I cleared the 'Yes' and my email address but it won't accept 'Next' or 'Signoff'.

Hi, thank you for using Intuit Turbo Tax AnswerXchange

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires an answer to the question on line 088. If you want to sign up for the on line email the question can be answered yes and an email address entered.

If you already answered yes to this question in a previous tax year or do not want to receive on line email, the question should be answered as no and do not enter an email address

I have the same problem but even when I check the no box and have no email address entered I continue to get the same error message as above.
