Does "Status : In Progress" mean your tax return is being reviewed by the CRA?

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  If it says in progress in TurboTax and you did not receive a confirmation number, please use the following FAQ to contact our customer support.

What if you filed before netfile was open? Does that mean it still went through?

also wondering if filing before netfile was open affects this as my return has been stuck at "in progress"
