It sounds like you may just be experiencing a temporary connectivity or bandwidth issue. Be patient, since there's lots of traffic today to the CRA website - it may simply be taking longer than expected to resolve. If you're having connectivity issues on other devices at home, like your phone, cable, etc, you may simply need to reset your router connection, then re-try after your connection has been re-established.
