Hi , I purchased full service issue from Turbo tax on 25th april. An agent reached out and seeked more info. He confirmed that all info has been received and he has prepared my tax return , which will be reviewed by a senior tax expert . This communication was on 29nth April. Since then i have not heard from any one , no voicemail, email or message on chat box on turbotax login. My CRA login shows that my return has not been done. i need to understand
1. why there has been a delay in filing my return, when i had uploaded and provided all information before the deadline. ? Can you help me understand when this will be done ?
2. Who will pay for CRA penalty for late filing of my taxes ?
3. I signed up with turbotax first time and my experience is very bad. How do i formally register my complaint 4. Can you please share your service commitments for full service ?
