Hello, this morning i was trying to file my taxes and it’s saying that i’ve filed before but this is my first time. It then tells me to go back and change it?

Did you ever have someone file on your behalf? Like a parent, or an accountant?

To change your answer to this question, please select My Info > [Your Name]’s Personal Information from the left side menu. The question regarding first time filing is in the middle of the page, under the personal info and above the NETFILE Access Code box.
